  1. Hi Joann Sky Watcher,
Very interesting, I’ve always had legs, but I haven’t always loved them. In fact, I would have to say that for most of my life I haven’t even really paid attention to the fact that they’re there. Years of my life were spent walking mile after mile thanks to my legs. My legs helped me to ride bikes, roller skate, pump myself up into the air on the swings and much more. I pretty much took them for granted and ignored them until they were in pain and then I impatiently gave them a rest until it was time to use them again.
    Great Job!

      Hi Sally,

      Thank you!

I think that most people don’t give their bodies kudos for all that they do. Like yourself, most people don’t pay attention until a certain part of their body is in pain or isn’t working correctly. Then they focus attention on the part that is bothering them. I believe that our body responds much better to loving it, compared to putting it down or just ignoring it.

  2. Hello Joann Sky Watcher,
I was wondering on a similar note,, “I Love My Body because it houses my beautiful Spirit.” Beth, 30
    Nice One!

    Alice,

Why do it? If may hurt, and takes forever to heal–look to see if the payoff is worth the risk. What is payoff, for you?

  4. JoAnn Sky Watcher says:

Alice, look at your past experience… Why do it? What is the payoff? Is it worth the potential pain and possible infection?
