I think for people that have a hard time with dairy, that cultured coconut milk is a good way to go. Tastes good, too.

Cultured coconut milk is tangy--similar to yogurt. I would say give it a try. Do you make your own kefir? You can use kefir grains to make cultured coconut milk. ~JoAnn

Bill, I think all that you have listed, especially EFT and meditation, can make a big difference to the quality of your life. What is missing is Spirit--in my opinion. Knowing that you are more than your body... Knowing that a Power is working through you as you... And forgiveness... You can do it.

I find EFT an incredible tool, but knowing Who you are, is foundational.

Alice, look at your past experience... Why do it? What is the payoff? Is it worth the potential pain and possible infection?

Alice,

Why do it? If may hurt, and takes forever to heal--look to see if the payoff is worth the risk. What is payoff, for you?

Hi Sally,

Thank you!

I think that most people don't give their bodies kudos for all that they do. Like yourself, most people don't pay attention until a certain part of their body is in pain or isn't working correctly. Then they focus attention on the part that is bothering them. I believe that our body responds much better to loving it, compared to putting it down or just ignoring it.

Hi Joann Sky Watcher,
Very interesting, I've always had legs, but I haven't always loved them. In fact, I would have to say that for most of my life I haven't even really paid attention to the fact that they're there. Years of my life were spent walking mile after mile thanks to my legs. My legs helped me to ride bikes, roller skate, pump myself up into the air on the swings and much more. I pretty much took them for granted and ignored them until they were in pain and then I impatiently gave them a rest until it was time to use them again.
Great Job!

Molly,

I have a hard time taking pills, too. I find it much more fun to eat foods that have probiotics in them.
